-    To manage the initial incoming communication from clients when they experience an issue with Clubware
-    To log all incoming and outgoing communications effectively
-    Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner
-    Learn and develop application knowledge
-    Learn and develop SQL and IT skills
-    Communication with clients verbally and electronically
-    Work effectively across multiple time zones
-    Support clients from other countries where necessary
-    Work effectively as part of a small team
 

-    Keen interest in technology, computing and software
-    Good verbal and written communication skills across all levels of personnel seniority
-    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-    Working knowledge of MS Office Products (eg. Word and Excel)
-    Ability to manage own time
-    Ability to adapt to changing priorities of the business and customer needs
-    Strong sense of internal working discipline to ensure correct procedures are followed
when managing client data 
-    Willingness to learn new ways of working, software, and concepts
-    Demonstrate enthusiasm and positivity even under testing circumstances
-    The ability to be flexible in working time as our client’s businesses are not 9 to 5
