As a process owner, you are responsible for aligning the processes in our Expert Service Center (ESC). Your focus is on the areas of service construction and technical training. In addition, we offer you scope for your own ideas and independence.

• The worldwide analysis improvement and rollout of the ESC processes falls within your area of ​​responsibility.
• You define interfaces between the ESC and our areas of Service Supply Chain, Digital Solutions, Product Management and New Equipment with the adjacent organizations.
• In order to support the management of our technology clusters, you promote the creation of synergies in the individual clusters and support the implementation.
• In addition, you promote cooperation and the exchange of knowledge in our areas and locations.
• The definition of interfaces and processes to our IT systems expand your range of tasks.
• You will support our IT departments in aligning the IT landscape in the service area and represent the ESC in IT projects.

• You have a degree in engineering with additional business administration studies
• You have several years of experience (at least 5 years) in the field of service or a similar role, preferably in the process and packaging industry
• You are characterized by well-founded technical knowledge in special machine construction as well as business knowledge
• You are a master of customer orientation and problem solving and enjoy working across functions
• You have knowledge of project management and act with a high degree of persuasiveness, productivity and communication skills
• You have some experience in the area of ​​process optimization
• You communicate fluently in English (spoken / written) 
• Occasional willingness for worldwide travels
