Job Description

The Tricentis Customer Experience (CX) organization is looking to grow customer-facing content production, and to enable this, we require a senior team member to expand our capabilities. The ideal candidate for this role has proven experience in producing a variety of customer-facing content that enables our customers and user base to achieve their business outcomes. The candidate will also be required to own and drive business critical projects and processes as part of a high-performance team. You will join an Agile and diverse team to produce a range of products that will enable our accounts to take the maximum value from Tricentis products. For this reason, experience of and interest in enterprise-level software testing is essential. 

Responsibilities 

  • Designing, developing, coordinating and updating a variety of customer-facing materials to enable and empower our customers to gain maximum value from Tricentis products (for example, but not limited to: whitepapers, webinars, blogs, workflows, diagrams, infographics,…) in an appropriate and engaging style of English 
  • Leading several priority initiatives in parallel 
  • Producing and releasing content using Agile principles 
  • Networking and collaborating with internal stakeholders and SMEs to harness and package the internal knowledge for external use 
  • Contributing to content strategy to ensure CX content harnesses and complements content from other functions (Support, Education, Consulting,…) 
  • Analyzing and condensing complex information in easily consumable content for different user roles 
  • Acting as a leading member of the team and defining and ensuring quality standards. This could include owning the content review process ensuring that content is reviewed both by SME and internal team members to a set standard and/or acting as Product Owner and signing off on produced artifacts 
  • Developing content using software tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, InDesign) and Articulate Storyline 
  • Driving content pipeline by gathering, structuring and prioritizing requests in a transparent manner 
  • Communicating content releases and ensuring content is findable and adds value to the end user. 
  • Monitoring effectiveness of content created 

Qualifications

  • Completed university education in fields of IT/Technology and/or Learning & Development or Marketing 
  • 3+ years working experience in a role producing customer-facing content 
  • Experience/knowledge in one or multiple of these skillsets: Graphic Design, Marketing, Technical Writing, Video Production 
  • Strong Knowledge of Agile development techniques and the use of JIRA (Scrum Master qualification would be a strong plus) 
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of the software testing industry, with knowledge of software test automation of particular advantage 
  • Knowledge of e-learning desirable, but not essential 
  • Excellent networking skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders/SMEs 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment 
  • Ability to design and work on multiple projects with rapid development deadlines 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing 
  • Strong intercultural competence

We are under legal obligation in Austria to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 34.496,- gross per year for this position according to the IT collective agreement. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and will be determined in person, depending on your experience, qualifications and skill levels.
