Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (remote to start)

Experience: 7+ Years

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science Degree
• 7+ years of Business or Systems analysis experience including some involving large, complex software solutions
• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry is must
• Strong technical knowledge and experience working in Software Development teams
• Microsoft SOL server experience is a must
• Experience with web services including REST and SOAP
• A solid understanding of the methodologies surrounding the SDLC
• Working knowledge and understanding of web-based and middleware technologies(J2EE, XML)
• Proficient in various tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity and MS Office
• applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in financial domains (banks, credit unions, lending)
• Ability to work with globally dispersed teams
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Writing Skills
• Solves problems using data and other relevant information
• Previous Business Analyst experience in a financial software/service development
