Company Description

Shopify is now permanently remote and working towards a future that is digital by default. Learn more about what this can mean for you.

Shopify is one of the greatest engines for economic independence on the planet, and our mission has never been more important to the world than it is right now. We have a massive opportunity and urgent obligation in front of us - to accelerate our efforts and deliver on our mission with more urgency and speed.

We’ve also grown very fast, which brings opportunities to take on bigger challenges than ever. But it also means we need to be deliberate and organized to build successful products at scale. This is what Product Operations is about. We keep thousands of people focused, coordinated and moving as fast as possible so Shopify combines the impact of giants with the speed of a startup.

Shopify’s Growth team is focused on delivering the right product, to the right merchant, at the right time. In your role, you will build the structure that helps our global RnD teams deliver products that are aligned, fast and at scale. You will support the scaling of our product portfolio by levelling up our systems, processes, and tools. This is an opportunity to use your leadership, organization and business acumen to contribute in making commerce better for everyone...everywhere! If you bring out the best in people, love seeing strategy turned into shipped products, and are looking to join our mission to make commerce better for everyone, then read on.
