Senior Business Analyst for Operations Improvements

-          Have the ability to analyze broad spectrum problem, work with multiple teams to craft solutions and work with the teams to prioritize based on an effort to value framing.

-          Organizing the work to ensure that our solutions are focused on delivering maximum customer value in the minimum amount of time.  (ROI)

-          Write business analyses & functional specs for:

o   Specific system functional improvements

o   A metrics and status dashboard

o   Documentation with key points for management to make strategic and tactical decisions 

-          Ensure that the customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans 

-          Monitor and respond to customer feedback
