Ungerboeck Systems International GmbH develops and markets the industry-leading software for the events business since 1985.  Our portfolio offers multiple modules like CRM, exhibition and events planning, sales management, marketing, ticketing and financials.  

Our customer base includes Disneyland, the Sydney Opera, the Olympic Games, stadia hosting  Super Bowls, renowned Universities, famous museums and theatres, and many of the worldwide largest exhibition and conference centres.  

From our offices in Karlsruhe, Lyon, London, Dubai, St. Louis, Mexico-City, Brisbane, Hong Kong and Guangzhou, we serve customers in more than 50 countries worldwide. 

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the day-to-day administration of Ungerboeck Cloud hosting services

· Maintain and patch server operating systems and environments

· Provide technical assistance for hosted client services

· Maintain IT Policies and Procedures

· Monitor system performance and availability

Required skills:

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

· Expert knowledge of Microsoft core technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL)

· Experience with virtualization technologies (Citrix/XenApp)

· Experience with Firewalls, Routing, VPN

· Experience with PowerShell or batch scripting

· Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus

· Security or Network related certifications is a plus

· Linux experience is a plus

· Fluent in English (German is a plus)
