As a Senior Manager Purchasing Engineering you will conduct deep-dive worldwide intelligence on ODM B2B security markets. By deriving partnering and entry strategies, establishing networks amongst, initiating and establishing sustainable business relationships and by accompanying product launches you will contribute to significantly increase world market footprint of BOSCH BT

Your contribution to something big

• Conduct deep-dive market research on ODM B2B security market. Derive partnering and entry strategy
• Co-operate actively with R&D & Product development, related purchasing functions and future ODM partner base in a high-tech environment to significantly increase BOSCH BT footprint and market share
• Drive strategic ODM target partner contracting and accompany product integration and release
• Take responsibility for product core modules’ cost structure transparency, drive and implement strategic measures to change market position by professional project management

• Preferably Master degree or higher in Business Administration, Electronics or Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years on the job experience in Strategic Purchasing or Purchasing Project Management preferably in a high-tech electronics B2B or trade good environment
• At least 3 years on the job leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of RB purchasing contracts including negotiations on IP liability, software licensing and OSS agreements
• Strong strategic mindset and entrepreneurial business approach
• Strong intercultural business acumen and empathic skills
• Strong motivational and partnering skills
• Fluent in Business English is a must
