As an engineer at GetSetUp, you'll help the community of older adults teach, share their wisdom and skills through our global platform. You'll help build cutting-edge infrastructure to enable learners to create and share content on our global real-time platform.

What you’ll do:

• Write clean, well thought out and reliable code
• Work on a green fields project, you will be planning, architecting and building the  app from the ground up
• Be a part of our cross functional product team
• Collaborate on the advancement of our product
• Work on big things. We have big plans and we are growing rapidly.
• Be fully responsible for you and your team’s work. You build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks in production
• Automate everything

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in a fast moving startup environment
• Solid team skills, when a colleague needs help, you are there for them, even before they ask
• Strong all around engineering skills that cover a lot more than the code you write
• An interest in the process around the software engineering
• Experience in swift, kotlin (optional), and other tools used in daily iOS development experience with automation testing and testing frameworks
• Familiarity with GraphQL, AWS and Node/JS/Typescript is a plus
• Experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• The willingness and need to learn new things without being pushed
• A Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent experience
