Job Description

The Customer Experience Representative at Findaway Voices will focus on customer retention and happiness by ensuring our customers are satisfied with the services they are receiving. When issues or problems arise, the representative will address the issue in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with other internal teams at Findaway as necessary. The representative will value and nurture business relationships with customers, with the goal of retention and loyalty to Findaway Voices.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships and trust with customers to increase retention and loyalty.
  • Pay attention to details and feedback to provide thorough responses and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Provide customer training and education on Findaway Voices products and services.
  • Manage and track customer data using online tools.
  • Participate in customer on-boarding.
  • Work with internal teams to solve problems.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • College degree.
  • Strong communication skills and grammar.
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences and be invigorated by constant interactions.
  • Business and tech savvy.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Type efficiently.

Preferences include:

  • You’re passionate about audiobooks and you’re eager to share that passion with others.
  • Familiarity with Zoho/Front/Slack or similar customer management tools a plus.
  • 1+ years experience in a similar customer service or sales role.
