What do we need? - he aha ta tatou e hiahia ana

We need you to deliver property management services for Group property across all of our brands and the Eldamos property portfolio including tenancies and land holdings; lease renewals rent reviews for all Group properties, financial input for preparation of annual property budgets for rent and occupancy costs and the maintenance of accurate property files and database for all properties.

You’ll also have OPEX/budget control including the preparation of  annual budgets in conjunction with the Brand Managers, Property Finance Manager and other stakeholders

You’ll manage total property occupancy costs and track actual vs budgeted occupancy expenditure monthly, continually improve business processes and help implement cost reduction strategies and reconcile year end wash-ups for property across all of our brands.

So who are you? - e pa ana ki a koe

Big job, big ask. We’d expect most of the below;

• Commercial Property Management Experience (4years plus)
• Understanding and application of Resource Management Act
• Strong administration skills
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of lease documentation
• Sound understanding of legislation, by-laws, codes of compliance relating to property management
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Confidence in dealing with third party relationships
