Responsibilities

• Work full-stack across clean, well-organised codebase running on Next.js + MongoDB.
• Take independent ownership over large features and third-party API integrations.
• Work closely with design and growth teams on UI/UX improvements.
• If desired, grow into leadership roles like tech lead or engineering manager within fast-growing team.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development using React + Node.js or Next.js.
• Expert experience in React Hooks.
• Expert experience in Next.js.
• Expert experience in MongoDB.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and build complex systems.

We're a modern JavaScript web app running on Next.js + React + MongoDB. We've built an in-house e-commerce backend, optimised for small businesses with few products but many product customisations. We also integrate with multiple local payments and logistics providers.
