We're looking for a contract recruiter to support the growth of our hiring needs. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent for all departments in the organization. The ideal person will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment and will manage the recruiting process from start to finish. You will source and build candidate pipelines, schedule and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires.  

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting and management of the recruiting process and policies throughout the organization.
• Source and identify the top talent to fill openings for the organization.
• Oversee recruiting administration, including but not limited to: writing and advertising job descriptions; scheduling and conducting interviews for internal and external applicants; drafting and extending offers to the chosen candidates; conducting reference checks as needed.
• Ensure requisitions are completed on time, partnering with hiring managers on proactive workforce planning and pipeline-building and building best practices for the department and company.

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management.
• Ability to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with talent management platforms is a plus.
