Who you are

You are a critical thinker, problem-solver, and customer acquisition savant. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about taking a leadership role at an early-stage startup. You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and enjoy taking responsibility. Empathy, accountability, and teamwork are values that are as important to you as they are to us.

Your background

• 5+ years of customer acquisition/demand gen experience
• 2+ years of B2C marketplace and/or mobile app experience
• Experience from a fast-growing startup is a big plus, but not a must

What you'll do

Your domain is demand generation and you will lead customer acquisition efforts through any means necessary. Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-user acquisition efforts
• Manage all earned and paid end-user acquisition channels
• Create and execute affiliate and referral programs
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team
