Senior Software Engineer, Deploy

The Deploy team is responsible for providing a safe and reliable orchestration platform to allow Square engineers to manage their services. We collaborate with other platform teams to provide a rich environment integrating physical hardware, network components, service discovery, data stores, build systems, and security. Our current projects include building out our next generation platform with Kubernetes, providing first-class support for cloud deployments, and driving resource efficiency within our physical fleet.

You Will:

• Design and build the future of putting code on machines at Square

• Write software to integrate deployment orchestration with internal platform components

• Collaborate with other infrastructure teams to further the reliability and security of Square

• Collaborate with product teams to facilitate their infrastructure needs
