Content Specialist- Eligible

The Content Specialist will serve as a primary content admin for online education across all product lines within Spear and will serve as primary liaison to appropriately escalate, resolve and communicate content inquiries.

Role Snapshot:

• Adhere to established business rules, requirements, quality standards and timelines 100% of the time when staging new content, updating existing content and/or deactivating content. 
• Coordinate with appropriate teams to acquire and process relevant live virtual event recordings in accordance with existing SLAs. 
• Support various communication coordination, resource execution and other administrative functions leading up to and in the execution of live virtual events  

Content Reporting and Tracking:  

• Serve as primary liaison to appropriately escalate, resolve and communicate content inquiries such as issues, errors, new feature releases and access needs in a timely manner within existing SLAs 
• Utilize Tableau for accessing content and marketing reporting to compile user viewership data, key observations, and assemble charts and graphs used to generate monthly Content Activity Reports 
• Align with Product team to keep current with customer feedback and requested content 

Pre-Release Planning Support: 

• Manage Jira ticket updates throughout the pre-release and post release phases of projects 
• Update relevant product specific Master Spreadsheets upon release (SPS and Study Club).  
• Support Patient Education closed captioning responsibilities including ordering and uploading as well as coordination with translation team to translate scripts from English to applicable foreign language 
• Assist with final content quality review checks prior to release 
• Support content and resource asset creation needs adhering to brand standards and general design best practices 

Experience

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but equivalent skills and previous work experience would also be acceptable
• Unbeatable listening, verbal and written communications skills
• Editing or Social Media experience preferred
