Job Description

This position is contingent upon award. MindPoint Group, LLC has an exciting opportunity to join our team at one of our largest clients. We are seeking multiple Program Analysts (Mid to Senior). You will join an experienced group that is motivated to provide excellent services in defending federal infrastructure. We are seeking Program Analysts to support the Identity, Credentials, and Access Management (ICAM) team.

  • Provide analysis in the areas of systems engineering and integration, acquisition, and operational planning to the program office
  • Assist senior level management with program management activities such as tracking and evaluating program finances, schedule, and risks for program oversight and fiduciary management
  • Define and document operational procedures and program data, identifying areas of opportunity to improve program operations through research and service analysis
  • Work as part of a team of Subject Matter Experts supporting the Program Office on various workgroups
  • Identify interdependencies and assisting with integration across programs, providing recommendations to the Program Manager to assist decision making and planning
  • Facilitate and document meetings with program teams, inclusive of planning meetings, requirements elicitation and validation, system and usability testing, and training
  • Perform research and analysis of service areas to identify and document opportunities for service delivery improvement and alternative strategy whitepapers
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of program documentation and artifacts.
  • Work across team members to track hours and support travel needs.

Qualifications

  • Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible) strongly preferred, but will consider exceptional candidates who are Public Trust eligible
  • 6+ years providing administrative and functional support for program operations
  • Bachelor’s degree required


Work Environment

  • While this position is fully remote, preference will be given to candidates who reside in the Washington, DC area. For candidates outside of the Washington, DC area, travel up to 10% to Washington, DC area will be required post COVID.
