Job Description

The Human Resources Operations and Technology Specialist will provide process subject matter expertise and tactical management of assigned Renaissance’s human capital management system modules and other HR-related Technology.

Crucial Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Enter, manage and assess critical HR information that impacts employee compensation and key downstream processes.
  • Act as subject matter expert and technical point of contact for assigned HR Technology processes, delivering secure HR data and payroll compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed HR Technology documentation for assigned processes.
  • Through detailed understanding of the foundation of the HCM, suggest continuous improvement of system processes and functionality.
  • Participate in project teams during the implementation of new HR Technology, upgrades, improvements and workflow configuration changes.
  • Through cross-departmental teamwork, partner to improve processes that are foundational to HR Technology.
  • Meet technology needs through partnership and collaboration across HR, IT and other internal partners.
  • Participate in HR technology-related actions involving business mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 2-3+ years’ experience in administration of a variety of human capital management systems/HR Technology is required.
  • Proficiency in gathering and integrating data from multiple sources and prioritizing work according to business need.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excel experience required. Reporting and analytical skills desired.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Strong process, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Salary Range: $45,100 - $67,600

  • This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
