Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for sales enablement, product management cross-collaboration and sales support throughout the sales process.  Your primary goal is to support sales in winning new customers by providing the appropriate training and sales tools.  Success in this role will be reflected by sales feedback, more efficient sales cycles, and greater deal sizes.

What will you do? 

  • Develop compelling sales tools, including presentations and reference demos based on use cases
  • Represent Sales on the Product Review Board and provide customer and prospect product enhancement feedback
  • Manage and optimize demo environments and create standard demo scripts
  • Maintain and update sales training content
  • Partner closely with Marketing to maintain messaging and sales collateral
  • Provide sales training to sales team on new features and benefits to help win new customers
  • Attend events and interact with customers to further understand the pain we can uniquely solve
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales capabilities
  • Facilitate creation of customer case studies
  • Collect and analyze data that supports our solutions in the market to buyers
  • Be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria
  • Be the expert on your competition and how to crush them  
  • Support development of product messaging and collateral to differentiate our offerings in the market
  • Support an active social media presence by providing industry insights and best practices
  • Regularly assess sales enablement needs within the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience with Sales / Sales Enablement
  • Experience with B2B software solutions preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cold calls, proposal preparation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills: proven ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority
  • Must have energy, drive, commitment, and passion
