Partner Marketing Specialist

The Partner Marketing Specialist is part of the global partner marketing organization. This person will support theater specific initiatives and activities globally to start, but will transition to an AMS specific role in the future. This role will report to the Director of Partner Marketing, Americas. 

• Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Partner Marketing in AMS, EMEA and APJ to  support programs-at-scale and regional events where needed. 
• Work with theater leads on execution of partner specific marketing plans, budget requests, campaign tracking and theater communications.
• Own end-to-end event logistics for select partner marketing events.
• Work cross functionally with the Co-Op team and Marketing Ops.
• Assist with Salesforce reporting to demonstrate campaign and event performance.
• Ensure consistency of corporate message throughout specific projects.

• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Team player with a “can do” positive approach who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented high growth environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic attitude. 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with quick deadlines, and adapt when unexpected change occurs.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related area.
• 2-3 years experience in a marketing or operations-related role.
