Job Description

Position Summary

 

Experian Marketing Services is looking for a highly motivated Infrastructure Program Manager that can lead our DevOps, Scrum Masters and Security Governance teams to execute strategic infrastructure, security and AGILE programs.  You will be leading a group of DevOps engineers, security lead, system administrators and scrum masters, providing foundational support and enabling development teams to improve time to market & deliver high quality secure software that aligns with organization’s policy and strategy.

 

Primary Responsibilities include:

·       Build a high-performance team and contribute to a culture of technical and operational excellence.

·       Lead a team of DevOps engineers, system administrators, security lead and scrum masters, including mentorship (technical and soft skills), career path definition, conducting 1 on 1 sessions, & performance reviews

·       Partner with development, service delivery, compliance, and Experian Global Security teams to build shared goals

·       Lead and coordinate internal and external audit activities to provide technical guidance and remediation recommendations

·       Establish and provide guidance on best practices in CICD, system operations, vulnerability management and agile adoption; Constantly review processes and find ways to improve efficiency

·       Establish a process to track and report security vulnerabilities, manage enterprise security programs for the business unit

·       Interact with clients as escalation points for incidents, communicate root cause analysis and resolution timeline

·       Act as Agile Community Lead for the business unit, guiding scrum masters for maturing processes & best practices relevant to agile methodology

·       Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities

Qualifications

·       B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline

·       5+ years of overall technology experience, DevOps and system administrator experience is highly desired

·       Minimum 3 years of management experience with direct reports

·       Experience with CICD tools (such as Jenkins) & Big Data management (Hadoop/HBase)

·       Knowledge of JAVA, BitBucket/GIT, Spark, REST/JSON API, Cloudera (CDP), AWS Cloud is a plus

·       Experience working in an Agile environment

·       PMP certification is a plus

·       Strong technical and business aptitude

·       Reliable, self-motivated, willing to accept responsibility and accountability

·       Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills

·       Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills

·       Proven oral and written communication skills, both technical and business focused

·       Thrives in a fast-paced environment
