Your goal as an Account Manager is to promote HDI and ICMI training products and conference participation within contact centers, IT support, and service management functions. You will be focused on adding new logos, while simultaneously growing the existing footprint within current accounts.
This role is designed for someone who is comfortable being both a hunter/closer and a relationship builder. Together, these skills will be used daily to win new business, generate revenues, and expand key ICMI accounts.
