Due to growth, we are recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our CRO and PrimeVigilance businesses across Europe.
Provides an effective recruitment service across the business.
Responsibilities:
Liaising with hiring managers to understand their requirements to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Building a robust pipeline of talent consisting of both active and passive candidate pools through a variety of recruitment methods, including social media, headhunting, referrals and networking. Creating sourcing strategies in line with industry trends.
Designing and implementing recruitment strategies including contributing to job description development and candidate requirements, preparing job adverts, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and screening candidates.
Ensuring timely feedback and an all-round positive experience for the candidate and hiring manager.
Negotiating offers and managing offer letters.
Ensuring process are followed, including accurate candidate tracking in the ATS.
Educating hiring managers/interviewers on the candidate market, best practices, interview techniques and ATS use.
Working closely with HR to determine salary ranges.
Marketing activities both internally and externally.
Being aware of external market factors as well as new best practices/trends affecting recruitment.
Keeping updated with industry news.
Supporting the Director, Talent Acquisition in ongoing projects.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in clinical or pharmacovigilance recruitment from a pharmaceutical company, CRO or agency.
Experience recruiting across multiple countries.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies.
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
Able to negotiate terms of employment effectively.
Proficiency in following process and keeping up with industry trends.
Experience of leading recruitment of a wide range of roles, from individual contributor to senior management.
Ability to work on a number of different roles at one time and work to tight deadlines.
Able to influence, build relationships and manage multiple priorities.
Able to work independently and add value.
