Job Description

As the Expert Programs team and programs continue to grow, the need for a dedicated Producer is apparent. Current resources are unable to meet the needs of the existing programs, let alone scale to the requirements of CTA’s larger and more frequent cohorts. To support the Delivery Managers are participants in the expert programs, we need a dedicated Producer role.

The key priorities for the Expert Programs Producer role are:

Live event production:

· Schedule, communicate, and post zoom sessions, including permissions and event invitations

· Manage live events, including recording, attendance, tracking participation, waiting room, breakout rooms, polling, monitoring chat, troubleshooting, etc.

o CTA – 1 per week

o CMA – 3 per week

Media Management:

· Edit session recordings

· Upload recordings to Brightcove and add to learning platform(s)

· Convert presentation materials to pdf and add to learning platform(s)

· Deprecate old content

Community/Platform Administration:

· Learning Platforms (Now Learning, Saba, Intrepid)

o Create course records

o Upload content

o QA

o Address account issues (e.g. merging accounts if participant changes companies)

o Manage registration

o Create small groups

· Alumni Communities

o Add users

o Post content

o Manage events and opportunities

· Manage access to tools (e.g. kahoot, miro, rise, etc.)

Capstone Events:

· Coordinate and schedule Board Review and Peer Review volunteers

· Schedule, communicate, and post zoom sessions, including permissions and event invitations

· Case Study File Permissions (access, structures)

· Ensure participant materials have been uploaded for CTA Peer Review per timeline

· Ensure review volunteers are prepared – reviewed roles and responsibilities, received rubric, have access to materials, etc.

· Ensure rubrics are completed and submitted per timeline

· Coordinate and schedule review re-takes

· Proctoring

Certification Management:

· Ensure pre-requisites are completed per timeline

· Ensure systems accurately reflects certification status

Administration:

· Coordinate Master Trainer and SME schedules for live sessions

· Learning Credit management

· Create and communicate reports on scheduled cadence

· Mailbox management

· Coordinate ordering and distribution of program swag

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on project management experience
  • Experience managing projects in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments
  • Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement
