The Global Revenue Technology & Operations team builds the global engine that enables Revenue teams to deliver an exceptional merchant experience across the merchant journey. We care about building the right things at the right time and that our solutions are able to scale with us into the future.
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will drive multiple complex technology based initiatives and unlock scalable solutions for our go-to-market infrastructure and operational processes. You will take ownership of business problems and apply solid program management principles and strategic thinking to achieve program goals. You thrive in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities and will not hesitate to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done. You bring creative and divergent thinking to solve problems and pave the way for future scale.
Responsibilities:
Champion multiple strategic initiatives focused on large technology transformations or highly complex, first-to-market projects.
Communicate and work with partner programs across all levels to facilitate and influence decision-making and problem-solving.
Lead projects that involve implementing new Marketing and Sales systems and/or optimizing existing systems to fit the current and future needs of the Revenue organization.
Attain a deep understanding of revenue partner program technologies, processes, and operations.
Drive programs forward while ensuring accountability and great outcomes; working through the right channels to address project risks.
Create alignment across teams and stakeholders; ensure the right decision-makers are engaged and facilitate decision-making.
Collaborate with teams across organizational boundaries to influence change and connect the dots between projects, programs, and people.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams to provide business context and define solutions to problems.
Contribute to the development of our team’s roadmap by identifying technology and operational gaps and/or problem areas, and proposing opportunities for scale.
Promote project management best practices and train others on PM processes and tools across teams.
Help develop internal processes and documentation to encourage knowledge sharing.
Technology Transformations: You are passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems. You have experience with large-scale technology transformations, implementations, and/or automation. You have a proven track record for partnering with business and technical/development teams to deliver great solutions. Experience with Salesforce and Marketo and how it supports business operations.
Project management: You have experience prioritizing and managing competing high-priority projects. You are able to identify the business problem, plan, prioritize, and execute projects from ideation to completion.
Communication: You are able to communicate effectively up, down, and across the business, with both technical and non-technical audiences, to increase context and create alignment. You are a great listener, ask insightful questions, and can simplify complex and technical concepts.
Problem Solving: You are passionate about solving problems, uncovering root causes, and have a natural curiosity to investigate for solutions, and to highlight opportunities for future scale.
Stakeholder Management: You are able to build and nurture high trust relationships with stakeholders. You know how to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, engaged, and manage expectations.
Resourcefulness: You are an outside-of-the-box thinker who sees opportunity in obstacles and possibilities in challenges. You find creative ways to make an impact and come up with unconventional, and unique solutions to achieve goals. You can work autonomously and seek out resources independently with limited direction.
Nice to have:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
PMP, Scrum Master or relevant designations
Salesforce Admin Certification
Experience at a high growth B2B SaaS technology company
