We are looking for a Product Lead to join our Wolt Market Operations team in Helsinki or Berlin! 

Wolt Market Operations products provide the foundational pillars for operating Wolt Market at scale across hundreds of stores. Our vision is to develop a state-of-the-art supply chain network and operational capabilities that empowers Wolt Market to offer our customers a delightful experience. We pride ourselves in giving our users consumer-grade tools that are efficient and delightful to use, empowering our users in their daily work, instead of run-of-the-mill enterprise tools where design is often an afterthought. 

Wolt Market Operations is a newly formed team that will work on several domain areas, including warehousing, inventory management, procurement, demand forecasting and 3rd party management.

As a Product Lead, you and your team will have a blank canvas to optimise our operations in a high-visibility role with no encumbering legacy systems. You will work closely with a number of stakeholders in business, operations, finance, legal and safety, as well as a cross-functional team of engineering, design, and analytics to define the roadmap, prioritization and vision for the team. This involves leading multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, balancing the needs between our end users with business and operational stakeholders. We’ve just started our exciting journey to re-invent retail, and as you can imagine, the growth possibilities are endless.

• Plenty of previous experience in the product management domain - you know what it takes to develop a great product

• Desire to be in a high-ownership role. You're comfortable with both getting your hands dirty as well as driving cross-team projects outside of your domain

• A mixture of analytical skills, a robust engineering understanding and world-class business acumen with the go-getter attitude of a "could-be start-up CEO." 

• Expertise in how to work with and coach cross-functional teams, at least with designers, developers, data experts, and with engineering teams

• Supply chain industry experience is a plus, as we are inventing new ways to do procurement and warehousing/store operations in the era of “new retail”
