Job Description

We are building our Talent Onboarding team to support our growing organization. You will be responsible for designing and managing our global onboarding systems, programs, processes, and policies. You will administer everyday talent onboarding tasks and support new Talent Onboarding projects across Blend360, including benefits, employee sentiment, compliance, and more. You will report to the director of legal and compliance, and manage our benefits administration and onboarding teams.

What you'll do

  • Supervise the Talent Onboarding and Benefits team.
  • Manage, track and ensure compliance on all employee information and documentation including new hire required documentation and employee handbook updates
  • Assist with running of our global onboarding program
  • Conduct executive level new hire orientation and on-boarding
  • Create and maintain single source of data for employee’s file
  • Compile data and complete annual required compliance reports: EEO, etc.
  • Partner with employees and our law firm on immigration support for those on visas
  • Serve as liaison with finance/payroll for report creation
  • Independently scope, plan, research, and execute on impactful projects initiated by senior leaders across the organization

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a People Operations or related HR role
  • HR functional expertise; broad knowledge and experience in employment law matters, contingent workforce, immigration, and compliance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Wide range of knowledge regarding tech and data that allow efficiency 
  • Experience building People Operations programs in compliance with applicable laws
  • Experience troubleshooting and presenting solutions using both analytical and creative problem-solving skill
