A TYPICAL DAY AS A MILES' SOFTWARE BUSINESS ANALYST:

• Functional requirements analysis and user story documentation for custom software development projects
• Project planning & agile project management, including time, resource, and budget management, using scrum methodology
• Facilitate software project related activities and meetings with all stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently and successfully.
• Perform Business Logic Testing on completed development work prior to release to customers.
• Software Implementation: System documentation, customer training, feedback processing & prioritization, go-live coordination.
• Software consultation with our customers & support team.

REQUIRED:

• Associate’s Degree or higher in related field and/or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a software project manager, business analyst, product owner, scrum master or in a similar role

PREFERRED (ANY OR ALL ARE A PLUS):

• Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Business
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Experience with Software Quality Assurance or Testing

The available shifts are either 8AM - 5PM Eastern Time or 9AM - 6PM Eastern Time.
