Do you want to work in a start-up within a start-up?

With Wolt Market we’re looking to bring the same lovable Wolt experience of fast, friendly delivery, within minutes from restaurants to all products we need in our daily lives from groceries to work-from-home supplies. It’s a chance to help build an all-new blissful shopping experience, and to remake customers’ e-commerce experience through a rapidly growing dark store (or Wolt-wise, “blue store”) network. 

We are currently on the lookout for a Product Lead to join the Wolt Market team and lead our Pricing product team. In a nutshell, this person will drive conceptualization, design, and build of pricing tools and automated systems to grow one of the most exciting new business areas at Wolt. This role has high executive exposure being at the vanguard of one of Wolt’s biggest strategic investments.

As the owner of Wolt Market Pricing, the Product Lead has tremendous impact on growth and development of this exciting new vertical. The Product Lead will work cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive definition and alignment on overall pricing strategy, helping us think about what pricing systems we need in the short as well as long term. This includes product price matching, selection matching, price perception, and automated decision engines to manage pricing management at scale, across the entire spectrum of retail products and across 23 countries and 170 cities, and beyond as we push innovation in hyper-local e-commerce. We expect them to demonstrate out-of-this-world attitude, aspirations, and hands-on attention to details, with a massive dose of humility.

You can be based in the Helsinki capital area, Berlin or work entirely remotely elsewhere in Finland, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, or Estonia now and in the future! 🌍 Read more about our new remote set-up here.

• Plenty of previous experience in  product management,  preferably in e-commerce retail product management and pricing tooling and automation, or related domains

• Strong experience in working with tech teams directly to build iterative product roadmaps, manage prioritizations and trade-offs, and groom product backlogs. 

• Solid grasp of e-commerce business, operations, technologies, and systems.

• Excellent judgement and strong attention to detail, problem solving, and data-driven approach.

• Experience working with remote, international, and cross-functional teams. 

• Drive, resourcefulness and ability to deliver results autonomously
