We are looking for a dynamic and engaged Lead Generator Team Lead with a fast-growing and innovative brand in the tech, games, and entertainment industry.
The Lead Generation Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the execution of lead management processes and productivity for the lead generation team.

· Maintain and improve all areas of performance, productivity, quality, and attendance for the Lead Generation team
· Develop new business via mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the studio’s services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market
· Translate, implement, and enforce company procedures, and priorities
· Manage tasks delegated by Sales Management as appropriate
· Perform quality processes to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
· Manage sales, reporting, and communication on a rolling basis
· Assist with performance appraisals and feedback sessions as needed
· Work with the Lead Generation Manager to develop the sales pipeline to meet quarterly revenue goals
· Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
· Collaborate with HR in the recruitment of new Lead Generation specialists
· Preferably 4+ years Lead Generation experience
· 1-year minimum running a team responsible for process management for lead generation or a sales team
· Excellent English vocabulary
· Excellent client service and research skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
· Experience with CRM Software preferred
