Talent Acquisition:
Take full ownership of your scope for our recruitments (Marketing, Product, Sales…)
Build your own strategy to grow solid pipelines of tactical talents
Own the full candidate lifecycle: define needs (scorecard), write job descriptions, source, and assess candidates, organize interview process, set up, in collaboration with the manager, offer letter and contract proposal
HR Management:
Manage the onboarding of new hires: organizing and implementing programs to train new employees.
Educate staff about new processes, HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
Run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including support for administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required.
You have at least 6 month of experience HR or recruitment in a fast-growing environment
You are native German and English fluent, a third European language will be highly appreciated
You are able to multitask, and to lead and complete multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
You are resourceful, have strong problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
