Reporting directly to the HR Director, Nordics you will be joining our Nordic HR team where you will be responsible for managing HR initiatives across the Nordics (mainly Sweden and Denmark). This role serves as a key HR business partner with a clear focus on the local day to day operations.
This is fantastic opportunity where you will be accountable for delivering a hands on, operational end to end HR service on the full employee lifecycle: from hiring to employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits etc.
You will be providing a complete HR generalist service where you will drive best practices, ensuring that process and documentation are being developed and implemented in the best way possible whilst observing local laws and in line with global policies.
As HR Business Partner you will be;
Working as a partner with business leaders to manage their teams on a broad range of generalist HR issue
Provide proactive and reliable daily operational and advisory support to the organisation
Champion best practice data and systems management and contribute to continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices
Help to ensure timely data reporting and analytics generation for the business stakeholders
Execute HR business frameworks, policies, plans and procedures to support the business’ strategic and operational priorities and key initiatives.
Develop employee relations policies and procedures and provide coaching to leaders regarding effective workplace strategies.
Have a solid understanding of employment laws and experience from i.e union negotiations
Be able to have a hands-on approach to tackle everything from administration to coaching conversations whilst we transform the HR organisation
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have great collaborating skills and used to working in a fast paced, growing business. You can act on own initiative and is a self-starter.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an HR BP/Generalist
You need to be fluent in English, Swedish and Danish
This role can be based remote, however preferred location is Copenhagen or Stockholm
Desirable:
Experience in medium or large software or technology organisations
