We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of ABA therapy based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.
Soar is hiring for a Scheduling Manager/Director to help manage a complex set of schedules for our employees and clients across our 3 Denver clinics. We are rapidly growing and need dedicated support in scheduling to ensure employee satisfaction and clinic success as we launch new sites. The role is a good fit for a candidate who likes solving scheduling puzzles, supporting sustainable schedules for our employees, is detail-oriented, and mission-driven about helping young children with autism spectrum disorder.

This is a salaried role with full health, dental, and vision benefits; retirement contribution; and PTO/sick days. Successful candidates will have opportunity to grow into larger roles around overseeing scheduling and/or other clinic operations over larger numbers of clinics.
