Job Description: Sales Admin
Reports to: VP of Sales
Direct Reports: None
The purpose of the Sales Admin at Eruptr is to: Assist the Sales team with a range of duties such as developing sales strategies, assisting with marketing / social campaigns, and collecting and interpreting marketing analytics. Additionally, providing Salesforce support, project management, prospecting, RFP assistance and other duties or tasks as assigned. From a high level, these areas include:
SALESFORCE & PROJECT SUPPORT
Provide project management and administrative support to the Sales team in the Salesforce platform through:
Ensuring that new IO Proposal Requests and IO Renewal Requests are entered in a timely fashion as needed or requested by Sales Directors.
Entering projects from Salesforce into Podio during the sales process.
Assist with clean up and organizational tasks / support in Salesforce.
Following Eruptr policies, procedures and best practice as directed by Sales Directors.
Completing any other projects or tasks as assigned.
Assisting with End of Month tasks and duties as assigned.
Administrative duties and tasks as assigned
PROSPECTING
Work with sales on building prospecting lists by utilizing sales tools such as ZoomInfo.
Work with sales on putting together drip campaigns to prospects through YesWare platform.
Client Prospecting Calls - Assist sales on initial strategy calls by taking notes and documenting important objectives, strategies and campaign goals from the client. Enter any notes as necessary into Salesforce.
RFP ASSISTANCE
Support the Sales team in RFP requests by:
Organizing / documenting all incoming RFPs and creating a structure in which to easily reference previous RFP requests so they may be used as resources.
Assist with gathering Case Study campaign data and ensuring it is cohesive to RFP requests.
Ensuring other team members review the RFP for accuracy, input and strategy in a timely fashion.
Cleaning up, reviewing, editing and ensuring all fonts, colors and brand standards are adhered to.
GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT
Maintain necessary skills and certifications while also continuing to grow and develop technical abilities throughout time. Adhere to performance plans and benchmarks to ensure the right trajectory and pace to meet or exceed goals.
SALES AND MARKETING MATERIALS
Assist with creation of presentation decks for sales presentations.
Assist with sales materials such as one-sheets, white papers, case studies, and other types of information as necessary.
Assist with supporting the Marketing Manager in developing any sales creative, verbiage, materials and or promotional items for events, shows, conferences etc.
Be the point person for arranging conference logistics and submissions.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this role, applicants should:
1-2 years of sales support experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
Experience with CRM
Desire to learn new skills
Detail-oriented and multi-tasking pro
Solid oral/written communicator
Can-do attitude and willingness to assist with tasks outside your job description when necessary
Ability to work independently and remotely once given direction
Strong analytical and logical skills
PREFERRED:
Ability to assemble sales prospecting list
Healthcare internship and/or job experience
This is a full-time, remote opportunity. Salary commensurate with experience (range $40k-$50k).
