As an Internal Communications Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Internal Communications and work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and their leadership team to drive engagement and cross-functional collaboration across the broader organization. You will own the internal communication strategy and execution for a fast-growing and dynamic organization, including the CRO’s overall communication program, to help keep employees connected, engaged and inspired.

What you’ll do:
Provide executive communications support to the CRO
Consult with internal business partners to determine communication needs
Exercise judgment and advise business partners regarding message tone, format, timing, vehicle, and audience segment to ensure the best and most effective approach for communication
Develop cross-functional communication plans to support the project and program launches
Build and maintain an editorial calendar to track and prioritize Revenue communications
Create templates, resources, and messaging guides for managers
Develop and monitor communications project plans, ensure timely distribution of materials for routine announcements via appropriate channels: Town Halls, emails, Slack, AMAs, and videos
Provide metrics to senior leaders to ensure alignment of communications and their effectiveness against departmental goals/strategies
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of total relevant communications experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience
Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, and/or supporting Revenue/Sales organization is a plus
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with care
Excellent verbal and written communication
A self-starter that will own the role, identify opportunities, develop plans that inspire others, and ensure execution through measured results
