Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who would be interested in a full time (40 hours/week) position. Successful candidates may also have the opportunity for remote work. This position would involve:

  • Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat ie: tracing/tracking requests
  • Scheduling & confirming pick ups
  • Following up on interline requested pick ups
  • Coordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers' requirements are being met
  • Assisting sales

Qualifications

 

  • Professional writing & phone skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work as a team & individually
  • Excellent communication
  • Reliable

This position would require initial training to be completed at the Head Office in Gore Bay, ON.
Work from home is conditional upon performance. If performance issues arise, you may be asked to return to the office.
