Systems Engineer IV

An Engineer is a problem solver who analyzes models/designs creates modifies and supports a set of complex systems processes or operations that enable business capabilities.  This role will specifically focus on Office 365 migration, troubleshooting and support.  

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extensive Knowledge and troubleshooting abilities of On-Premise Exchange, and Skype for business configurations 40%
• Experience with Exchange to Office 365 migrations 10%
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex multi-factorial technical problems 15%
• Delivers personal tasks on time and leads the delivery of tasks for natural or cross-functional workgroup 5%
• Participates on initiatives with deliverables and meets quality standards on time 5%
• Leads cross-functional initiatives with deliverables and meets quality standards on time 5%
• Creates Application System and Enterprise Solution Design Documents and Develops Applications / Reports / Systems / Enterprise Solutions 5%
• Designs Develops and Implements Highly Complex Business Rules 5%
• Responsible for fulfilling end-user requests 5%
• Periodically provides guidance to and assists in training less experienced individuals. * Works with IT Architects on implementing strategies 5%

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 11+ years’ work experience and 5 Years of 365 Admin and Engineering Experience.

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

•  Communicates directly with internal and external customers. 

This role has Supervisory Responsibilities: Considered a team lead over the junior level Analysts and Engineers
