The Role 

We're adding our first Client Success Manager  to the Bankjoy team! This talented individual will live the brand in assisting our customers and making them successful. Given that our customers pay us over time, customer growth and retention is vital to our long-term profitability. We will not be successful unless our customers are continuously receiving value from Bankjoy.

In this role, you will:

  1. Have frequent touch points with clients to build good relationship and improve client satisfaction.
  2. Have passion to dive deep into Bankjoy products and technology. 
  3. Educate clients for product adoption, listen to clients’ pain points, collect product feedback to Bankjoy implementation team, technical support team, product team and engineering team. 
  4. Be strategic and pro-active to help unhappy clients n facilitate cross team collaboration to help clients.
  5. Have strong presentation skills (web, phone and onsite), use data to build POV and present it to customer and/or internal partners.
  6. Be analytical and have ability to interpret customer data and trends.

What you bring:

  1. 5+ years experience in a customer facing role of a highly technical product
  2. Lead a portfolio of strategic/enterprise customers and execute on key objectives across the entire portfolio.
  3. Develop strategic relationships with Bankjoy customers to deliver maximum value for the customer and Bankjoy.
  4. Ensure customers take full advantage of all features and services resulting in strong customer health and retention.
  5. Understand the organizational structure of the customer company, identifying the areas that present a deep strategic partnership opportunity. Build and grow multiple relationships across a customer’s organization
  6. Develop success plans and business reviews for customers that outline critical success factors, metrics for success, 7. potential issues, and recommendations
  7. Build greater advocacy and reference-ability of your customers
  8. Build best-in-class customer success processes that enable scaling for more customers and more customer success team members.

You will lead the development of Bankjoy’s digital banking products. Both front-end and back-end development will be needed. You must be comfortable with agile methodology and a fast-paced development cycle. Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Angular is a plus.
