• Work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers and quantitative strategist implementing change in the financial industry.
• Get to work on cutting edge technology and be part of modern software development practices (e.g. agile and self-sufficient teams, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure and tooling).
• Create the next generation wealth management and brokerage services for everybody - not just for a few privileged individuals.
• Design and implement interfaces with major internal services to connect the Scalable Capital Robo with the world.
• Fully automate trading algorithms driven by pure quantitative evidence that autonomously manage billions in assets.
• Bridge the worlds of engineering and science by productionizing econometric models that autonomously react to market movements and client requests in hundreds of thousands of individual portfolios.
• Develop low-latency ML applications that create value for our broker clients.
• Implement new and innovative portfolio analytics tools (Dash, Jupyter notebooks).

• A university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, engineering, sciences, ...) or a comparable qualification.
• Exposure and/or interest in our tech stack: Python, Java, Kotlin, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, SQL.
• Strong analytical thinking, both in the technical and in the product domain.
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - engineering, product, or other stakeholders.
• A passion for well architected, testable and documented code.
• Experience with Scientific Computing is an advantage.
• Passion for the global financial markets.
