Job Description

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

We want someone who makes things happen on a daily basis, can work independently with little to no supervision and manage their own time. Here are some of the tasks that you will be working on:

  • Answering phone calls from prospective clients and partners
  • Replying to emails from prospective clients or business partners
  • Scheduling appointments for the client and ensuring that their time is managed efficiently
  • Tracking activities, giving updates and ensuring proper customer service is provided
  • Attending team meetings as well as client conference calls

Qualifications

WE NEED FROM YOU

  • High School diploma
  • 1 year of experience in virtual assistance or customer service, minimum
  • Must have advanced level of English; full English proficiency, a plus (Resumes in English only)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of Google Suite
  • Friendly personality and ready to go the extra mile
  • Attention to details, tech-savviness and proficient communication skills (very responsive via phone and email)
  • Fast learner and proactive
  • 10 Mbps internet speed and a laptop
