PURPOSE: Vehicle Packaging Engineering

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Lead new design ideation & development
• Develop packaging studies and evaluate to specifications
• Proficient in Teamcener model management
• Ensure gDAP & Packaging Checklist/ CS-Routing is completed prior to each release
• Ensure Clash & Clearance CAD Step verification is completed & issues managed
• Must be highly efficient at VisMockup software usage
• Must be a self-starte

Qualifications

·         Bachelor in  Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 

·         Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive company.

·         Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

·         Detailed knowledge of CAD verification.

·         Knowledge of different automotive communication protocols, standards, and tools.

·         Knowledge of tools related to software development, diagnostics, and production / aftermarket systems.

·         Experienced in working in a global organization with cross functional interaction.

·        Efficient at VisMockup software usage
