Junior Project Manager

Experian is looking for a Junior Project manager to help support our transformation throughout an exciting growth phase working within our Digital Consumer Information Transformation team 

Accountabilities include:

• Support the Program Director with a multi-phase, large complex project where good governance will be critical.
• Participate in the development of programme level plans, and work with key stakeholders to progress activities to closure.
• Responsible for maintaining the critical project controls, such as the plan, project workbook incorporating, risks, issues, actions and decisions, and other project documentation in line with the defined governance framework.
• Dependencies tracked and managed rigorously
• Responsible for tracking, forecasting and reporting project finances, incorporating Earned Value Management calculation and tracking (training to be provided).
• Production of the first draft of key governance documents: risk reporting, status reports and steer co presentations.
• Produce the regular KPIs identified; owning these to ensure they remain the right ones, suggesting improvements as required.
• Effective management of the Steer Co: invites, attendance, document sharing, minutes, actions captured and rigorously tracked, decisions clearly identified and recorded.
• Ensure that the BU remain synchronized with the UKI Nike programme in terms of approach, templates, dates, etc.and be contact for governance related activities.
• Accountable for project management for low complexity projects / workstreams as identified by the Program Director (including but not limited to scoping, resource management, planning, delivery, finance, etc.)
• Deputise for the Program Director where necessary.

Outcomes include:

• Regional stakeholders remain confident in program and delivery excellence/outcomes.
• Successful audit and delivery assurance sign offs (no Major Improvement Needed or Unsatisfactory ratings).
• Dependencies proactively managed to ensure no blockers to the BU plan.
• Successful delivery of low complexity projects / workstreams according to agreed time / budget / scope / quality / change control criteria.

• Audit and delivery assurance metrics to be identified.
• Delivery of low complexity project / workstreams to time, cost, quality, scope.

Project Management or Project Support / Coordination experience
