Management Consultant - Sales

Eupnea is a small management consulting firm based in London.

We are seeking a talented individual with strong experience in management consulting. You will play an important role in the development of engagements and delivery of assignments with clients and for that you need to have a strong background in promoting and selling management consulting services and possess strong business, analytical and technical skills, curiosity to generate right questions, experience to provide great fit-for-purpose recommendations to client businesses and strong communication skills to get inspiring and influential messages to a range of audiences from highly technical to C-level professionals.

The appointment will be temp-to-perm and compensation will be linked to individual contribution and success to contract closures and include a range of other financial and non-financial rewards when it becomes permanent.

The right candidate will possess:

• Experience of at least 5 years within the consulting industry and demonstrable evidence of developing proposals for clients, closing consulting deals, working with large and complex projects and driving positive outcomes for multiple businesses within at least one industry. Having worked for clients in Banking or Insurance previously is a requirement
• Broad knowledge and expertise of a range of management consulting services including some of Strategy, Organisational Design, Business/Process/Digital Transformation, Governance, Change Management and Project/Programme Management, and strong ability to translate output to actionable recommendations
• Strong technical skills as well as understanding of role and best practice of different consulting techniques and methodologies
• Strong academic background. A Bachelor degree is necessary. A MBA or MSc in a quantitative field is considered a plus
• Experience with reporting and visualisation tools and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
