    Job Description

    Leading Dutch deferred payments provider Tinka is looking to hire a HR Officer to work with our awesome team; remote first.

    As HR Officer you will support our team in all administrative / operational People & Culture aspects. You will report to and work closely with the HR Manager. Since we are building a new People & Culture function, this is a completely new role. We are looking for someone who likes to design and improve processes and procedures. You will act as a liaison between Tinka and our payrolling partner. Besides that you will be tasked with coordinating recruitment procedures and onboarding of new staff members.

    Detailed Accountabilities of the Role

    As HR Officer, you will:

    • be responsible for administering personnel changes and keeping of up-to-date digital staff records;
    • be responsible for (coordinating) the onboarding of new staff members;
    • deliver improvements on processes and procedures;
    • coordinate recruitment;
    • interface and work collaboratively with our external payroll agency and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Experience and Skills

    For this role you need to be accurate, practical and operationally driven. You have outstanding communication skills and are driven to improve and innovate every day. A few years experience in a similar role is preferred.

    Location

    Tinka is based in the picturesque town of Zwolle in the northeast of the Netherlands. Our team is remote-first and you can work from anywhere. We like to get people together a few times a year, in teams or as a whole company, which we will of course pay for. If Zwolle is handy for you you can of course also work from the office. 

    Tinka Benefits Package

    We pay salaries commensurate with experience, skills and ‘market’ with 25 days’ holiday per year. You also get an 8.5% annual holiday allowance.
