Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to drive Digital Services growth

You’ll be part of the Digital Service commercial team in Group eCommerce, within Merchant Services. Our mission is to serve our high value ecommerce partners and their merchants with genuine world-class innovative, reliable and secure digital payment solutions, specializing in subscription and recurring payments services completely attuned to their specific needs.
 

You’ll be powering Digital Services

As Account Manager, you’ll join a small but extremely dynamic and independent team, working alongside highly skilled and experienced colleagues. You will be accountable for the support and account managements of our key partners and merchants.  You will be responsible for developing key relationships, helping drive commercial success, finding solutions to customers issues, and trying to resolve issues to root cause. 

To be successful in this role, you will need understand the key needs of our merchants and partners, be able to solve problems and issues, have a commercial mentality, and a strong drive to achieve goals.

Ultimately, you will help us roll-out best in class Digital Service solutions and services that deliver on our company’s overall mission and vision. The position can be located at our offices in Denmark, Norway, Finland or Sweden

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of partners and merchant accounts, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for them, maintaining and improving satisfaction, and helping to nurture and grow the portfolio
  • Be responsible for successful and timely resolution of the merchant's requests, including being inquisitive and trying to resolve the root-causes of requests and issues
  • Be responsible for delivering high-quality services to merchants and efficient communication within the team
  • Drive solutions to merchant  problems across multiple teams across Nets to ensure the merchant gets a great outcome and receives a great service
  • Own partner and merchant communications and interactions
  • Build relationships with key people within partners and merchants to drive the best possible merchant experience.
  • Reviewing merchant feedback and help to reduce pain points by driving improved servicing and onboarding

Qualifications

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. 

Your qualifications include:

  • Min. 3 years of work experience in relationship management, sales or account management.
  • Experience of managing high value / premium VIP merchants, in the digital / ecommerce sector.
  • Excellent customer-first mindset, with the ability to nurture customer relationships and help them grow.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, and interact and operate excellently within a small team of experts distributed throughout Europe.
  • MS Office, Salesforce and CRM systems experience is beneficial.
  • Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Nets systems and platforms would be helpful 
  • Fluent in English. Skills in other main European languages is desirable.
