The IAM Engineer will work within the Identity Access and Collaboration team. This team defines and manages all technology and processes related to the identity lifecycle, logins, password management and access management.
The IAM Engineer is responsible for configuration and maintenance and upgrades of several Microsoft Active Directory forests. In addition to the on-premise AD environment, the IAM engineer will also be responsible for management, maintenance and upgrades of IAM technologies such as Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO app integration, SCIM, Quest Change Auditor, and Microsoft Identity Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform project work such as new technology adoption, migration and upgrade of legacy technology
Implements, maintains, upgrades and troubleshoots Microsoft-based Identity and Access Technologies
Maintains close alignment with peers within the organization, particularly within the Identity and Collaboration team
Supports Service Desk operations
Provides technical support and guidance for internal customers
