Job Title – LMS Analyst, L&D

Location – Bangalore

Reports To – Assistant Manager, Behavioral Training, L&D

Job Overview

This job needs understanding of the LMS tools and technology, reporting and LMS related analytics. Supported by various applications, this job aids in supporting compliance course completion along with ad hoc training requirements that need backend support.

Roles & Responsibilities

The job responsibilities entail:

·         Timely collection of course content from the relevant course owners

·         Uploading and assignment of training content

·         Sound Understanding of Ms office

·         Data analysis and findings for further improvement

·         Data reporting and completion communication

Skillset Requirement

·         Technical inclination

·         Data Oriented

·         Decent communication skills

·         Proactive & good sense of ownership

Eligibility

·         Minimum of 1 year with the organization

·         Graduate in any discipline
