Senior E-Learning Specialist

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be required to travel to the Milton Keynes office at least twice a week.

Our Learning & Development team are at the heart of making sure all our employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge, progressing their careers whilst working at CityFibre. Our E-Learning team is dedicated to our digital learning experiences, so you'll be working with like-minded individuals with a passion for creation and learning. You’ll be producing content both for our teams as well as our construction partners, ensuring we can successfully mobilise and achieve our goal of progressively rolling out a full-fibre network across the UK.

What will you bring to the role?

We’re a fast-paced organisation with ambitious goals. This means we’re looking for a passionate and proactive E-Learning professional who is used to working as part of a busy team in a rapid growth environment. A large part of this role is focused on supporting our technical and system SME's, so it would be a huge advantage if you have experience in making engaging and exciting content in this arena. 

You’ll also need:

• Demonstrable working knowledge of authoring software (Articulate Storyline, Rise)
• Strong written English, listening skills and simple, straightforward verbal communication skills
• Established skills in Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic design, video editing and animation
• Proven ability to work through the design and delivery process from consulting with stakeholders to storyboarding and the creation of digital solutions

It would be great if you had:

• Telecoms or engineering industry experience
• Previous experience of administering a Learning Management System
• Experience producing and recording voiceover
