We’re on a lookout for a creative and passionate teammate to join HCM Deck’s marketing team as an Event Manager.
As an Event Manager, you’ll plan, organise and run a range of HR events, both virtual and traditional. You will ensure the attendees are engaged, global speakers are involved and the message/ tone are consistent and fit the brand. You'll own and manage the whole event process, from the planning stage through coordinating, to carrying out the evaluation. The role is very autonomous but also involves working as part of a team.

About HCM Deck events:
Events play a vital role in the marketing efforts and a huge part in the success of the HCM Deck’s brand recognition. Prior to the pandemic, HCM Deck hosted mainly traditional events. We have developed such formats as L&D Meetups, Best Practices Day, or Leadership Breakfast, HR Workshops. In 2020, we have made a switch to an online model while preserving the unique atmosphere of Deck’s real-life interaction. Currently, we're still hosting online and hybrid events even though some plans of returning to a traditional format are back in our conversations.
