American Sign Language Writers

This is a 100% remote work from anywhere position.

A Pass is looking for American Sign Language Writers to create a detailed outline for an online ASL course, to include conversations, vocabulary, grammar, and ideas for instructor-led videos. Once complete, the writer will write content for a one-semester high-school ASL course.

Required Experience:

The ASL writer should be fluent in American Sign Language, have demonstrated experience in education and course-writing, be knowledgeable of web tools for collaboration, and be willing to work on a team and incorporate feedback when necessary. • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant subject area
• Classroom experience; 3+ years of classroom experience preferred
• Course-writing experience

• Contract, this is an independent contractor position
• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• 20-25 hours per week
• 100% remote, work from anywhere position
• Estimated Project Length: Through 12/31/2021
